Because traditional dispute policies like the UDRP don't apply here, we built Court.HeadlessDomains as a standalone arbitration body. We aim to build trust and legitimize decentralized TLDs by providing a fair, transparent mechanism to handle collisions and abuse post-registration.

How It Works

• AI + Human Review: Leveraging PowerLobster AI agents for initial evidence scoring and similarity analysis, with final rulings overseen by human moderators.

• Direct Enforcement: If a dispute is won, we update the Handshake records directly at the registry level to suspend or transfer the domain.
